Commercial real estate company Franklin Street has hired Robert Granda as director of retail investment sales for the South Florida market. Granda’s new job will focus on acquiring and disposing of both multi-tenant and single-tenant retail properties throughout South Florida, focusing in Broward County. Prior to entering commercial real estate in 2010, Granda worked for Marcus & Millichap and as an associate vice president for Wachovia Bank. Granda graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and received an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University’s Huizenga School of Business. “We are thrilled to have a person of Robert’s caliber on our team, especially at a time when the South Florida retail market is on fire,” said Greg Matus, regional managing partner- South Florida.
