Futureal Group has secured €150m in financing from a consortium led by UniCredit, acting as the bookrunner and facility agent. UniCredit and Erste Group will finance Buda’s biggest shopping center project. Etele Plaza will offer 137,000 sqm and is expected to house big-name fashion brands. The financing deal is one of the largest to go to a shopping center project in Hungary in the past 10 years.
