Galeria Katowicka, which is scheduled to open in the second quarter of next year, is already 70 percent leased, Cushman & Wakefield announced this week. The list of tenants includes Zara, Reserved, C&A, RTV EURO AGD, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Oysho, Massimi Dutti, Cropp, House, Mohito, Sin Say, Sephora, Douglas, KappAhl, Solar, Mango, United Colors of Benetton and iSpot.
Hailed as one of the biggest retail investments developed in Poland, Galeria Katowicka will offer 46,000 sqm of retail space. The project is a joint effort between the Spanish developer Neinver, the Polish State Railways PKP and the UK-based investment management firm Meyer Bergman. The scheme also includes a railway station and an office building.
