Galeria Północna, GTC’s flagship retail project in Poland, has officially opened. Located in the Białołęka district of Warsaw, the shopping center offers 64,800 sqm of leasable space and 2,300 parking spots. Main tenants include Hamleys, LPP brands, Forever 21, TK Maxx, H&M, Martes Sport, Cinema City, EURO RTV/AGD, CCC, Calypso and Carrefour. The scheme has a LEED Gold certificate. GTC Group is both the investor and the manager of Galeria Północna. Cushman & Wakefield and JLL were responsible for the commercialization.
