Galeria Siedlce opened last week, adding 26,000 sqm of GLA to the local retail market. Located at the corner of Piłsudskiego and Wojskowej streets in Siedlce, the shopping center offers 120 retail and service units, along with a parking garage for 850 vehicles. The investment is an extension of the existing Galeria S shopping center. The investor, Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Konstanty Strus, acquired the project in 2010, as well as some neighboring plots, totaling 2 ha of land. The project is 95 percent leased.
