Expansion efforts at Gemini Park in the city of Bielsko Biała are underway and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013. Once finished, the shopping mall will offer a total of 59,000 sqm of space, of which 27,500 sqm is already open for business. Gemini Holdings hopes to sign 70 new tenants after the expansion is completed, announcing it plans to introduce several new brands to the local market.
INTER-BUD is overseeing construction, while Vide Studio designed the expansion.
