Gino Rosi, Stradivarius and Orsay are moving into the Gemini Park shopping mall in the city of Tarnów. Gino Rosi signed a lease on 90 sqm, while Stradivarius signed on for 300 sqm and Orsay is taking 150 sqm. “The commercialization level of the Gemini Park Tarnów has just reached 98 percent, with two retail units still available for tenants,” said Krzysztof Brączek, director of Gemini Park Tarnów.
GREM Gemini Real Estate Management, BOIG Property Consulting and Cushman & Wakefield are in charge of the leasing process.
