Ghelamco secured Rossmann as its anchor tenant for all three retail projects it’s developing in Poland: Plac Vogla, Pasaż Tukanów and Prochownia Łomianki. The final agreements were signed this month. Cosmedica also signed on to the same projects in August.
Set to go up in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, Plac Vogla has all permits in place. In addition to Rossmann and Cosmedica, other tenants include Alma, Optyk Tondryk, Orange, Kolporter and Active Travel. The project is expected to open next year. Ghelamco is still in the process of securing construction permits for Pasaż Tukanów and Prochownia Łomianki.
