Ghelamco offloaded a 16,500 sqm plot in the Warsaw’s Okęcie business district this week. The lighting manufacturer and importer Italux purchased the land and is planning to built its first Polish distribution center on the property. “The plot bought by Italux has a local zoning plan that was in line with the investor’s plans for the property, and what’s most important is that they offered a fair price,” said Marzena Tkaczuk of Jarton, who advised the buyer in the transaction.
