Ghelamco Poland is set to start its first retail project on the Polish market in March. Called Plac Vogla, the strip mall will add 5,000 sqm in 30 retail units to Warsaw’s Wilanów district. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter. Erbud will oversee construction. Optyk Tondryk, Apteka Cosmedica, Active Travel and Rossmann have already signed pre-leases.
Set to go up at the corner of Syta, Zaściankowa, Łokciowa and Vogla streets, Plac Vogla is one of the three retail schemes Ghelamco plans to develop on the Warsaw market. The other two projects are Prochownia Łomianki and Pasaż Tukanów in Piasecznie.
