Ioannis Papalekas, one of the most active real estate investors in Bucharest and head of Globalworth Real Estate Investments, is in talks to acquire a 26,000 sqm plot in the capital’s Pipera district. The plot is owned by pharmaceutical company Farmexin. Ovidiu Buluc, the general director of Farmexin, is overseeing negotiations with Papalekas. The pharmaceutical company posted a turnover of about €340m last year.
