The hypermarket retailer Globus is experimenting with its own e-shop for fresh produce, according to the server iDNES.cz. For the moment, however, customers will have to come into the store to pick their orders, as no delivery service is being offered. Globus is trying out the new concept at its store in Zličín on the western outskirts of Prague, selling its own branded food goods as well, including meat, baked goods and sweets. Globus recently launched a small format store for which it’s now searching for locations in city centers.
