The Giuliano Florida Realty Development Group, based in Richboro, PA., has sold a 750 acre development site in Myakka City for $2.65 million. The property, located off State Road 70 at 28551 Gopher Hill Rd., was acquired by Gopher Hill Farm. In a statement the buyer purchased the property as an investment and has not yet determined its use. Dennis and Terri Kotaska of Re/Max Alliance Group represented the buyer and seller.
