Green Caffè Nero has leased more than 150 sqm of space on the ground floor of Galeria Północna in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The cafe opened today. Colliers International, which has been cooperating with Green Caffè Nero since 2012, supported the tenant during lease negotiations. Over the last six years, Colliers has advised the client in leasing half of its 55 cafes in Poland.
