The Blue City shopping center in Warsaw has earned a BREEAM In-Use green certificate with a ‘Very Good’ rating in the asset and building management categories. The center was screened on multiple issues, to determine how energy efficient it is, how it deals with waste, and the level of comfort it provides to ensure it lived up to BREEAM requirements. Issued in mid-December, the certificate will be valid for one year, after which time the owner will be able to prolong the certificate for another year if there’s been no change in the state of the property.
