Griffin Real Estate confirmed plans to develop a 100,000 sqm mall in the center of Warsaw, on a 6.5 ha plot of land that includes the Jupiter store. Located at Towarowa street, the investment also envisions a revitalization plan for the district, with plans to connect the mall with a metro station. Echo Investment will be developing the project on behalf of the investor. Griffin assembled the development land along Towarow, Pańska and Miedziana streets through a series of transactions. The first of these was the acquisition in 2014 of the the Jupiter store, which will be knocked down to make way for the new mall.
