GRR acquires two retail properties in southern Germany

GRR Real Estate Management has acquired two commercial properties in Östringen and Hessdorf for its GRR German Retail Fund No. 1. The former owner of this portfolio was a fund which had been managed by Cordea Savills. Cordea Savills was advised by GermanInvest Property Advisors GmbH. The Hessdorf retail park, opened in 2007, offers 5,750 sqm of space. Tenants include ALDI Süd, REWE, dm Drogeriemarkt, KiK Textilien, Deichmann, TEDi and Café Elesterios Sinelis. The property in Östringen, dating from 2006, comprises 4,580 sqm of space with Lidl as the anchor tenant. Established in 2012, German Retail Fund No. 1 includes 31 properties.
