GTC Romania, one of the largest developers on the local market, is investing €1m into the expansion of Galleria Arad. The project will include a 1,500 sqm entertainment center, featuring a food court, a children’s playground, a Cinema City and a fitness room. Galleria Arad currently offers 32,500 sqm. Tenants include Cora, Inditex (Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius), Flanco and Intersport. GTC Romania also owns City Gate, Galleria Piatra Neamt, Galleria Buzau and two residential projects.
