GTC will launch its Galeria Pólnocna shopping center by the end of the year. With all permits now in place, the developer recently secured the French retailer Carrefour as an anchor tenant, while talks with a number of fashion retailers are underway.
“We’re happy to see this interest coming the tenants for both of our projects [Galeria Pólnocna and Galeria Wilanów] so we’re quite confident about our success. Some of the agreements have already been signed but we expect to see a real drive after both building permits are issued,” Thomas Kurzmann, CEO of Globe Trade Centre told Newseria Biznes.
The project is set to go up on Światowida street in Warsaw and will add 64,000 sqm of retail space to Warsaw’s market. The investor hopes to have the project completed in the second half of 2016.
