GTC has signed a new lease agreement with Oracle at its Francuska Business Centre in Katowice. The IT service provider is currently operating in 145 countries. It took nearly 1,000 sqm of offices at the complex, which is planned to open in June. The two buildings that make up the Francuska Business Centre are to bring 21,700 sqm of new space to the local market. Roughly 60 percent of the project is currently leased, with tenants that include Ruch, Bank Millennium, Nordea Bank, KPMG and Philips Lighting.
