Fashion retailer Guess will open a store at Palas Mall Iaşi this spring. The store will be the first location for the American brand in northeast Romania and its third in the Iulius Group network. The retailer also operates stores at Iulius Mall Timişoara and Iulius Mall Cluj. The Guess store at Palas Mall will cover approximately 135 sqm.
In Romania, the Guess mono-brand stores are exclusively operated by Unic Brands. Guess has four stores in Bucharest and three others in Constanţa, Timişoara, and Cluj-Napoca.
Iulius Group’s portfolio includes four shopping malls developed under the Iulius Mall brand with locations in Iaşi, Timişoara, Cluj-Napoca and Suceava, as well as two mixed-use projects: Palas Iaşi and Openville, a project developed in the vicinity of Iulius Mall Timişoara.
