H&M Christmas sales up by 10 percent

Net sales for the H&M Group rose 10 percent in December in local currencies, compared with the same period last year. During this period, the retailer expanded its network by around 420 stores, with its total network now numbering 3,957 locations under operations as of the end of December. That’s up from 3,537 stores in Dec. 2014. CEO Karl-Johan Persson said the company’s next report will be released on January 28.
