Sales were up by 30 percent at Shopping City Sibiu in the first weekend after a 1,554 sqm H&M store opened its doors, according to Graham Kilbane, COO of Argo Real Estate Fund, which owns the retail park.
There was also 50 percent more visitors at Shopping City Sibiu during H&M’s opening weekend. This is the Swedish retailer’s 17th store on the Romanian market.
Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund owns four retail parks in Romania: Shopping City Sibiu Shopping City Suceava, Era Shopping Park Oradea and Era Shopping Park Iasi, totalling 271,000 sqm.
