Hennes & Mauritz will open its first COS store (a premium fashion brand) in the Czech market on Friday. The 600 sqm store along Prague’s high-end retail street Pařížská will stretch across three floors. COS (Collection of Style) opened its first boutique in London in 2007. The lease was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. Head of retail agency at Cushman & Wakefield Jan Kotrbáček says that retail space in Pařížská is now fully leased to brands such as Louis Vuitton (900 sqm), Tony Burch and Brioni. In 2016, Rolls Royce plans to open its showroom there as well.
