The real estate developer H4L Development, controlled by the Bîlteanu family, bought from the businessman George Becali a 13-hectare plot of land in Pipera, which will be used for the construction of The Village residential complex.
“The construction of The Village project will start soon. We have already started the sale process and we have pre-contracted 50 percent of the first two development phases, which include about 400 apartments. For this reason, we bought another plot of land for an additional stage “, said Liviu Ioneanu, Co-CEO of H4L Development.
The transaction was carried out at a price of over EUR 30 million.
