In December 2021, Hagag Development Europe, controlled by businessman Yitzhak Hagag, bought from the company Practic a plot of land of over 1,360 sqm, on Primaverii Boulevard in Bucharest. The company Practic, controlled by Radu Dimofte, now announces that it has received, as an advance, EUR 4 million from Hagag, representing half of the total price.
Through the company Practic, the businessman Radu Dimofte owns constructions and lands with a value of over EUR 82 million. Sphera Francise Group is the main business of its group, through which KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants operate. He also manages the Cinnabon, Paul and Hard Rock Cafe brands in Romania.
