Hamborner REIT has purchased the Haerder Center in Lübeck from LBBW Immobilien for €50m. The property will be transferred to the company’s portfolio in the first quarter of 2016. The transaction was brokered by SQM, Münster. Constructed in 2008, the shopping center offers 13,200 sqm of retail space. Anchor tenants include H&M, New Yorker and REWE. With the acquisition of the Haerder Center, Hamborner’s total investments for 2015 come to €173m, which is in line with its acquisition targets.
