Hamborner Reit has acquired the Rondo Steinheim retail center, currently under construction in Hanau, Germany, for €37.45m. The center is going up in the town’s Steinheim district, with good public transit connections and in direct proximity to a large residential area. The scheme will offer 12,800 sqm of leasable space and is expected to net €2.04m in annual rental income. REWE and Aldi will anchor the project. Other tenants include dm, Deichmann, Action and AWG Mode.
