The Hildesheim-based HT Königsgalerie, a subsidiary of Hanseatic Group, has acquired the Königs-Galerie shopping center in Kassel. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Jochinger Bauconsulting und Projektmanagement, which developed the property, will stay on as asset manager. Located at Neue Fahrt 12, the shopping center was built in 1995 and offers 14,500 sqm of retail and restaurant space.
