Harvest Holding acquires Longwood’s Time Square Plaza

Harvest Holdings has acquired Time Square Plaza in Longwood for $3,122,500 or just over $51 per square foot. The 61,200 square foot retail center located on East State Road 434 sits on 4.97 acres that are passed by an average of 29,000 vehicles per day. Anchored by national chains Sherwin-Williams and O’Reilly Auto Parts, the center was purchased from California based Latitude Management Real Estate Investors. The sale was arranged by CBRE first V.P. Dan Baker with collaboration from Christopher Gardner of Winter Park based Condev Realty.
