HB Reavis officially opened Aupark Hradec Králové today. This is the first shopping center the Slovak developer completed in the Czech Republic. The scheme offers 21,000 sqm of retail space cut into 120 units, of which 90 percent was leased by opening. The project has attracted a number of new brands to Hradec Králové, including 4F, SuperDry, GAS Jeans, Bontonland, Celio, Muziker and Running Sushi. The shopping center is located at a busy crossing called Koruna at the end of the city’s Gočárova shopping street, which connects the mall to the historical city center. Aupark Hradec Králové is the only large shopping center that opened on the Czech market in 2016. HB Reavis invested CZK 2bn in the project.
