The German lender Helaba will refinance AIG/Lincoln Polska’s Galeria Słoneczna in Radom. Hogan Lovells advised the lender. The refinancing deal comes four year after the project was completed. The investment added 42,000 sqm of retail space to the local market. The tenant list include brands like Zara, TK Maxx, H&M, Reserved and C&A.
Active on the Polish market since 1997, AIG/Lincoln Polska is a commercial and residential developer and investor. Its portfolio includes projects like AIG Amplico Life, Saski Point, Saski Crescent, Riverside Park, Grzybowska Park and Osiedle Kampinos, as well as five Diamond Business Park schemes, located in Piaseczno Warsaw, Łódź, Stryków and Gliwice.
