Primavera Development and Forte Partners bought a 12,700 sqm plot in western Bucharest from the Spanish developer Hercesa. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Primavera Development and Forte Partners want to build a mixed-use retail and office project on the land, which is located near the Carrefour Orhideea shopping center. Crosspoint Investment Banking & Real Estate advised during negotiations, which started in November 2013. The deal closed this week.
