Baltimore-based real estate development company, Hill Management Services has unveiled plans for a new retail center in the Owings Mills section of Baltimore County. The project, Red Run Station, will feature 10,368 square feet of retail space positioned on 11050 Red Run Boulevard. The property will offer up to six retail spaces ranging in size from 1,500 to 2,100 square feet as well as two sites designed for a boutique hotel, bank, a fast-casual restaurant or a pharmacy. The company expects to break ground this spring with and is targeting the end of the year for delivery.
“Our research shows this section of Baltimore County as an emerging retail corridor, especially considering the strong residential activity that continues to occur at Metro Centre at Owings Mills and The View at Mill Run apartments, which are both located in the immediate vicinity. Owings Mills New Town is also less than two miles away,” explained Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President of Hill Management Services. “This site is also benefitted by its position at the intersection of Dolfield Boulevard, which provides a connection to Reisterstown Road, and the future exit off Interstate 795. Our leasing team has already generated extremely strong interest in Red Run Station.”
