Another Czech toy retailer is changing hands. Petr Homolka, who acquired the Sparkys chain last week, has now added Alltoys, operator of Bambule toy shops, to his portfolio for an undisclosed price. Homolka’s Wormelen Group also owns the e-shop 4kids.cz, making the company the biggest toy retailer on the Czech market with CZK 1.5bn in revenues annually. The company will be able to compete with international chains that until recently have controlled the Czech toy market, Jaroslav Novozámský, the former owner of Alltoys, told ČTK.
