Hystead Ltd. acquired Skopje City Mall from Balfin Finance BV for €92m. The 37,600 sqm shopping center, which opened in October 2012, has 131 tenants including Zara, Koton, LC Waikiki, Bershka and New Yorker.
Hystead Ltd. is co-owned by Hyprop Investments Limited and PDI Investment Holdings Limited. The British company owns two other shopping centers in southeastern Europe: Delta City Podgorica in Montenegro and Delta City Belgrade in Serbia.
