The Gulfstream Plaza in West Palm Beach has changed hands for $13.050 million. Atlanta-based ICM Realty Group sold the 82,390 sq ft retail plaza located on N. Haverhill Road to Gulfstream Shopping Plaza LLC, managed by Paul Rosenberg. ICM bought the 44-year old property for $6.47 million in December 2013 and spent $1.1 million on renovations in 2015. Current tenants in the retail center include Gordon Food Service, Goodwill South Florida, H&R Block, 3D Baby Bump, 1/2 Price Mattress, and BankUnited. The deal was completed with a $9.14 mortgage provided by Miami Lakes-based BankUnited.
