Ikea offloaded its retail parks across Europe, including onein the Czech Republic. The UK investment fund Pradera paid €900m (CZK 24bn) for the portfolio. The Swedish furniture giant sold only the retail parks located around its own furniture department stores, but it will keep the Ikea stores. The transaction involves 25 retail parks across eight markets. The parks offer 500 units totaling more than 500,000 sqm of retail space. In the Czech Republic, Ikea offloaded its Avion Shopping Park in Prague Zličín. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction.
