Inter IKEA Centre Group Poland signed lease agreements totalling 4,200 sqm of space this week at its shopping center in Lublin. LPP Group will open three stores in the mall: Reserved (1,820 sqm), and House and Cropp stores, offering 540 sqm of space each on the first floor. In addition, Mohito also signed up for 540 sqm and SinSay is taking 420 sqm, while Home & You will open a 350 sqm store. Construction of IKEA’s shopping center, reportedly a PLN 650m investment, is set to break ground next year on a 29 ha plot. Once completed, the mall will offer 80,000 sqm in 150 retail units.
