Ikea Centres is preparing to braek ground on Designer Outlet Croatia located next to the Swedish retailer’s furniture store in Rugvica, near Zagreb.
The total investment for the new 40,000 sqm scheme is expected to hit €33m. Construction is scheduled to start in 2017, with completion set for the following year.
