IMC acquires two Palm Beach County malls for $54.7m

IMC Equity Group, based in North Miami, has picked up a pair of retail centers in Palm Beach County for a combined $54.7 million. The company purchased the 105,550 sqf Lantana Square, located at 6169 Jog Road. for $31 million. The center is anchored by Walmart Neighborhood and Walgreens along with Petco, Sears Home Appliance, Lab Corp, T-Mobile, Chipotle and Dunkin Donuts. The second center, the Commons at Royal Palm, is located at N. State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach. Boasting 158,267 sqf, the center is anchored by a Hobby Lobby, Big Lots, Party City, Petsmart, Dollar Tree and a Starbucks. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Gilbert and Adam Feinstein brokered the sale of Lantana Square and CBRE’s Casey Rosen and Dennis Carson brokered the sale of the Commons at Royal Palm.
