Immochan, real estate division of the Auchan group, has put DTZ in charge of leasing its Coresi Brasov project. Construction is due to begin this year on the center, which is located on 24 ha of land of the former Tractorul area.
The project will include a 16,000 sqm Auchan hypermarket, a 25,000 sqm shopping center and 3,000 parking places. The company will invest €55m – €60m in the first development phase of the mall, which is be scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2013.
