Immofinanz has started construction on the STOP.SHOP retail park in southern Serbia. Going up in the city of Nis, the retail park will offer 13,000 sqm of space and 300 parking spots. Completion is set for 2016.
The company opened its first retail park on the Serbian market in Cacak and plans to develop a retail park network in the country over the next several years. Immofinanz’s core markets include Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Russia.
