Rank Progress has signed a final agreement to sell the retail center it is currently developing in Piła to Immofinanz Group in a transaction worthPLN 58m. Jan Mroczka, CEO of Rank Progress, said his company plans to cooperate with Immofinanz on other projects.
Under the terms of the deal, Immofinanz has agreed to refinance the investment and will fund the remaining construction work. Rank Progress, meanwhile, will continue to oversee the development process and will act as the project’s property manager.
