Immofinanz broke ground on a new Stop Shop retail park in Sremska Mitrovica, northern Serbia. This will be the Austrian company’s 10th Stop Shop facility in the country. The property will cover 7,000 sqm and include 300 parking spaces. Konstruktor Konsalting is overseeing construction. Completion is planned for August. Immofinanz is investing €9m in the project. The tenant mix will include between 15 and 20 domestic and international retailers.
