IMMOFINANZ gets €80m from Helaba for office projects

10 October 2012

IMMOFINANZ Group secured €80m for long-term refinancing of its Brama Zachodnia and IO-1 office buildings in Warsaw from Helaba. This is IMMOFINANZ’s second deal in two years with the German lender. The developer previously borrowed money from Helaba to expand its Silesia City Center project, which was built in 2011.
“Our cooperation with Helaba proved to be extremely professional last year, and we are now pleased to further expand this reliable basis,” said Immofinanz CEO Eduard Zehetner.
The 14-story Brama Zachodnia building provides 24,000 sqm of office space to the capital’s Ochota district, while the IO-1 building, located in the city’s Mokotów district, offers 22,500 sqm of office space.
