The Austrian based company Immofinanz will open its 10th Stop Shop retail park in Serbia on August 22. The new center, located in the north in Sremska Mitrovica, will offer 7,000 sqm retail space in Boulevard Konstantina Velikog 21. Among the brands that Immofinanz has signed up to take space are New Yorker, CCC, Waikiki, Lilly, dm drogerie and Deichmann. Immofinanz has already opened retail parks in Cacak, Valjevo, Lazarevac, Pozarevac, Borca, Subotica, Smederevo and Nis.
