Immofinanz opened a new Stop Shop retail park in Pozarevac, eastern Serbia. This is the Austrian company’s fifth location in Serbia. The new Stop Shop offers 7,200 sqm of retail space and 330 parking spots. Tenants include domestic and international brands like Reserved, Sinsay, LC Waikiki, CCC, Deichmann, Takko Fashion, DM, Sport Vision Extra, Planeta, Lilly, Trefolino, Top Shop, Café Aroma, Panter and Hedonizmus. Immofinanz invested €10m into the facility and created 300 new jobs. The company is already planning to expand this park by 3,000 sqm in the near future. Immofinanz currently operates Stop Shops in Cacak, Nis, Valjevo and Lazarevac. A park in Vrsac is set to open this week.
