Immofinanz opened a retail park in Vrsac. The property, the Austrian company’s sixth Stop Shop in Serbia, offers 8,250 sqm of retail. Located near the Serbian-Romanian border, this Stop Shop features international and domestic brands like Roda, LC Waikiki, Reserved, Sinsay, CCC, Deichmann, DM, Sport Vision, Planeta, Pertini, Nefa, Top Shop, Win Win, Katrin, Planika, Stop kafe and GalaxyCode. Immofinanz operates in eight countries, and this is its 72nd Stop Shop retail park. It currently has six Stop Shops in Serbia, offering 52,000 sqm of retail in total. Last week, the company opened a retail park in Pozarevac. Another location in Sremska Mitrovica will open next year.
