Immofinanz has rebranded the four shopping centers it owns in Romania under the VIVO brand. The properties include Maritimo Shopping Center in Constanta, Polus Center in Cluj, Gold Plaza in Baia Mare, totaling 147,000 sqm of space. Immofinanz opened its first mall under the VIVO brand in Poland in 2014. Other VIVO malls can be found in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Immofinanz is planning to invest €1.8m million into its new myhive office concept.
